- We offer a complimentary fitting with the purchase of bra.
- If the customer chooses not to purchase a bra at the time of the fitting and had the intent to do so, the customer will be charged a thirty dollar fitting fee
- We do NOT offer fittings alone - please respect our time
- In order to maintain the highest level of hygiene, all undergarments are final sale. We do not and cannot accept returns, exchanges, or store credits for them. Undergarments include but are not limited to bras, panties and all shape wear.
Please keep in mind that our policies are firm.
If you are not completely comfortable with them, we understand and kindly ask that you forgo your appointment.

Please note the following:
- If the bra fitting is for a specific item of clothing, please bring the clothing with you - THIS INCLUDES GOWNS
- If you are a bride, please let us know if you are looking to get fitted for lingerie as well
- If you are expecting, please let us know as it can change the style/size we will suggest at the time of your fitting (it is kept confidential)
- If you are almost due or have just given birth, please let us know as we may suggest putting your fitting on hold until your milk regulates if circumstances allow
- If you are nursing or almost due, please bring nursing pads with you to the fitting for hygiene even if you do not leak
- If you have a rash or open wound, please wait until it heals before scheduling your appointment
- If you are running late please let us know. We only allow for a ten minute grace period. If you are later than ten minutes and we have clients booked immediately after your appointment, you may need to reschedule.
- We understand that "life happens" and that things come up - if you are unable to make it to your appointment, please let us know at least one hour before your designated appointment time - if you do not show up to your appointment and fail to let us know you will be required to pay a thirty dollar "no show" fee per fitting before we can reschedule your appointment.
